Last week, local bar owners, the Indiana License Beverage Association and the Indiana Amusement and Music Operators Association shone a light on the toll the Marion County restrictions on bars and taverns are taking. After being closed for most of five months, bars and taverns can reopen today (September 8), but are still restricted to 25% capacity. Meanwhile, restaurants can operate at 50% capacity.
